Video - Could-have-been love story
I stumbled onto this on youtube... And I find it kinda sad - sad but smartly done.
I know I've done the delete dance until I find the right thing to say and the right way to say it (I do it everyday for me job ;)), but I know I also measure what I say in person the same way.
Perhaps the old adage of "turning your tongue six times in your mouth before speaking" integrated (ctrlA+del)x6 in the latest update patch. : รพ
Not sure I agree with the proposed moral of the story.
I guess it's a matter of degree and point of view.

Animation - "Ink" and "brush"
Ok, these two entries echo a sudden and accidental leitmotif in my main blog: ink painting.

A professionally produced advertisement. I just dig the way this ad takes the process of ink wash and represents scenes that disaggregate, flow, and reform to depict other scenes.
This is Lei Chen's final Masters Project for the 'Masters in 3D Computer Animation' Programme at the NCCA, Bournemouth University, England. Great fun, and representative of how you sometimes need to hit a wall to create.

Animation - Vincent
Tim Burton, back in 82, made a stop-animation short (6 minutes) in tribute to his childhood idol Vincent Price.
Vincent Price does the narration in the short. Worth watching for anybody who appreciates Poe, Burton, Emily Strange, Katie Towell... Or a bit of gently macabre humor with elegant wordplay.
