Ha ha. It's true. We can't really play NAME THAT TUNE anymore, because it could be one of a hundred that all start the same. We can't make up any more notes (although I'm positive I have sang some that don't exist) and we can't create more letters of the alphabet! We run out of ways to say the same thing. We run out of sequences that are fresh. However, someone will do it. I'm always on the hunt. I suppose that's why I love the urban dictionary.
Oh wow, I completely lost track of the comments on this post. Sorry y'all!
Heya Theresa! Glad you liked it! : j - Aloha Annie! Hmm... While it's true that a lot of pop songs have structural similarities, there are always new musicians coming up with new sounds. If they weren't we'd have long lost interest and given up on the hunt by now. While there are no new notes there are always new voices and new dreams, dreams and voice that sometimes build upon those that came before them. : j But what has the urban dictionary got to with it? Do you somehow find music through it by some means I'm not aware of? If so, please share! : j - Howdy S! - Nihao Niki. I'm doing well, I have certainly no reason to complain. You know, the wheel turns and we're along for teh ride. Sometimes we can steer, and sometimes we just have to make sure our seatbelts are securely fastened. :D
I'm in awe of the Axis of Awesome. WoW. I'm sharing this everywhere.
