Photos - Julia Fullerton-Batten

Another amazing photographer whose work you've probably seen before.
If not she has a selection of galleries up on her site.
Here are some of the ones I liked:

  1. Ooh, that last image made me pause. Think. Crumple my forehead. What the hell is going on in that lady's house? What's up with the SKY? Freaky-deaky. But in a good way :D

  2. The high speed camera scenes like the last one I put are striking in that they tell a story and just look insanely cool. Some of them were more shocking than the one I put up, but I liked that one best of the series. : j

  3. I love the first one. She resembles how I picture my character, Eve. There's something about the expression on her face. It's interesting that it's the most ordinary of the pictures, yet it's the one that had the greatest impact.

  4. I know what you mean!
The photographer has several "normal" pictures as well as concept pictures.
That one jumped out at me too which is why I put it up. : j

Pictures are like stories... No matter how well it is written if there isn't anything for the reader to relate to then chances are they won't like it.

I like pictures that spark stories in my head. The way the first picture reminded you of Eve. : j

Wow, I'm amazed you're going through "part-gilt part-gold" as well! Hope you're having fun as you go!
